The Father Baraga Council is located across from the Baptist Church in L'Anse
on N. Main Street. The Grand Knight for 2007-2008 is John Juntunen. You can contact the Knights

Meetings are held at the hall on the third Wednesday of every month.

It is named after Father Frederic Baraga, who was one of the first Catholic missionaries in this region, and became the first Bishop of the Diocese of Marquette. The Father Baraga Council works closely with
Sacred Heart Parish in L'Anse and St. Ann Parish in Baraga, providing
funds for various projects, members being active participants in their
parishes.
